【Abstract】 This paper develops a kind of quality control and data acquisition system which can feed the numerical value measured by the digital display dial gauge into the computer directly. Based on the PC bus computer system hard ware, the overall design of the hardware and software function of the quality control and data acquisition system is presented. It has the main contents as follows tthe hardware design of the interface circuit board,the decoding method of the I/O port adress and the principle of figure convertion. With the quality control and data acquisition system,the online measurment and automatic monitoring of the product process can be realized.更多还原
