【摘要】 对１３５２例晚电位检测病例进行了分析。结果显示：所有病例晚电位阳性率为５．４０％，束支阻滞，心肌硬塞，心律失常，。心室肥大ＶＬＰ阳性率高于其他心脏疾患。初步探讨了ＶＬＰ与几种心脏病的相关性。对束支阻滞时ＶＬＰ阳性可靠性提出质疑，认为应结合频域分析加以鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of ventricular late potentials (VLP) examination are analysed through looking back. The results indicat that the VLP positive rate of all the cases is 5. 40 % .the positive rate of bundle branch block (BBB), myocardial infarction (MT),arrhythmia cordis and ventricular hypertrophy (VH) is higher than that of the other heart diseases. This paper studies preliminarily the relativity between VLP and several other heart diseases. To the dependability of VLP positive results of BBB we raise a query and consider that the analyse of frequency threshod should be used simultaneously.更多还原
