四川省西部鱼类寄生粘孢子虫

【摘要】 本文记述四川省西部鱼类寄生粘孢子虫40种,包括7新种,即泉水两极虫,新种Myxidiumsemilabeisp.nov,鼻腔两极虫,新种Myxidiumnasalisp.nov.,裂腹两极虫,新种Myxidiumschizothoraxisp.nov.棒花两极虫,新种Myxidiumabbottinaesp.nov.,岩鲤两极虫,新种Myxidiumprocyprisisp.nov,会东两极虫,新种Myxidiumhuidongensesp.nov.,裂腹楚克拉虫,新种Zschokkellaschizothoraxisp.nov.。印纹碘泡虫MyxobolusimpressusMiroshnichenro为我国新记录。

【Abstract】 In 1979 ̄ 1980 years, 40 species of the parasitic Myxosporidia of freshwater fishes from the west region of Sichuan province were collected, this peper reports on them. 33 special of them were known previously, and the other 7 species are new to science and their characteristics are summarized as follows:(1). Myxidium semilaber sp. nov (fig. 1)Host: Semilabeo prochilus (Sauvage et Dabry). Location: Gall-bladder.Locality: Suji Town, Leshan County, Sichuan province (Omei River). Date: August 6, 1980.Spores: Fusiform in theeal view and sutural view, shell-vall smooth, sutural ridge straight. Polar capsues are oval in both ends of spores. Dimensions of preserved (5% F.) spores:Length 12. 2 (12. 0 ̄ 12. 8) microns, width 5. 6 microns, thickness 5. 2 microns,polar capsules 3. 6 (3. 2 ̄ 4. 0) by 1. 86 (1. 6 ̄2. 0) microns. The special resembles Myamium truttae leger, 1930, but differs from the latter in shape and dimensions of spores. (2). Wyxidium nasali sp. nov. (fig. 2) Hast: Perocypris pingi pingi(Tchang). Location: Nasal cavity. Locality: Mapien county, Sichuan Province (Mapien River). Date: September 8, 1979. Spore: Nearly heart-shape in thecal view and sutural view, less plant on one side, arch-shape on the other Side, sutural ridge straight. Polar capsules round or oval at both ends of spores. Dimentions of preserved (5% F. ) spores: Length 11. 46 (11. 2 ̄12. 0) microns width 7. 73(7. 2 ̄8. 0) microns, thickness 7. 4 microns, polar capsules 3. 6 (3. 2 ̄4. 0) by 3. 4(3. 2 ̄3. 8) microns. This new species resembles Myxidium giardi Cepede, 1906, but differs from the latter in being nearal heart-shape and shell-valve smooth of this species. (3). Myxidium schizothoraxi sp. nov. (fig. 3) Host: Scthizothoraal(Schizothorax) wangchiachii (Fang). Location: Gall bladder. Locality: Huidong County, Sichuan Province (Shenyu River). Date: October 20, 1980. Spores: Narrow elongate, shell-valve smooth. Sutural ridge fine straight. Polar capsules oval at the both ends of spores. Dimensions of preserved (5 % P.) spores: Length 15. 0 (14.4 ̄ 16.6) microns, width 6. 2 (5. 6 ̄7. 4) microns, thickness 6. 5 microns, polar capsules 4. 2 (3. 6 ̄5. 2) by 2. 7(2. 4 ̄3. 2) microns. This new species resembles Myxidium ningnanense Zhao at Ma, 1994, but differs from the latter in being blunte at two ends of spores, shellvall smooth, dimensions smaller than those of the latter.(4 ). Myxidium abbottinae sp. nov. (fig. 4) Host: Abbottina kiatingensis (Wu). Location: Mapien County, Sichuan Province (Mapien River). Loaclity: Mapien County, Sichuan Province (Mapien River). Date: August 25, 1979.Spores: Elongated oval in theeal view and sutural view, shell-valves with lines. Sutural ridge straight. Two oval or round polar capsules at both ends of spores. Dimensions of preserved (5 % F.) spores: Length 12. 1 (12. 0 ̄ 12. 3) microns, width 6. 0(5. 6 ̄ 6. 4) microns, thickness 5. 0(4. 0 ̄ 5. 2) microns, polar capsules 3. 1 (3. 0 ̄3. 2) by 2. 0(1. 9 ̄2. 4) microns. The new species is similar to Myxidium macrocapsule Auerbsch, 1910, but differs from the latter in the shape of spores, dimensions of,polar and distance between polar capsules. (5). Myxidium huidongense sp. nev. (fig. 5) Host: Schisothorax (Schizothorax ) wangchiachii (Fang). Location: Gall bladder. Locality: Huidong County, Sichuan province (Shenyu River). Date: November 5, 1980.Spores: "egg" -shape in theeal view and sutural view, one end is wider than the other end. Sutrual ridge straight. Shell-vaves with 8 ̄9 lines paralleled to sutural ridge.Two round or "egg" -shaped polar capsules at the both ends of spores. Dimensions of preserved (5% F.) spores: Length 1 4. 3 (13. 6 ̄ 14. 4) microns, width 7. 06 (6.0 ̄8. 0) microns, thickness 7. 5 microns, polsr capsules 3. 86 (3. 6 ̄4. 0) by 3. 48(3. 2 ̄4. 0) microns. The spres of this new species is rather similar to Myaldium macrocapsule Auerbach, 1910, but differs from the latter in being one end broader than the other end of spores and dimensions 1/3 larger than those of the latter.
