I2—淀粉吸光光度法间接测定维生素C
Indirect Determination of Vitamin Cby Spectrophotometry with Iodine-Starch System
【摘要】 根据在醋酸性介质中,Vc与I2发生反应,剩余I2与淀粉溶液生成蓝色物质,该物质在580nm处具有最大吸光值的原理,提出了间接测定Vc的新方法.在测定波长下,线性范围是0~5.28×10-3g/L,检出限为7.5×10-9kg/L.应用于饮料中Vc含量测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 In HAc medium,Vc can react with I2 quantituively, the surplus I2 Can reaet withstarch to give a blue substance,which exhibits absorption peak at about 580nm. Therefore,anew method is developed for the determination of Vc,The absorption value is linear with Vcconcentration range of 0-5. 28 ×10 -3g/L .The method has been applied to the determinationof Vc in drinks with satisfactory results.
