金属的化学成份对金属/ZrO2连接的影响
The Effect of Chemical Composition of Metal on Metal-ZrO2 Joints
【摘要】 本文研究了4J33、纯 Ni 和40Cr 钢与 ZrO2的钎焊连接,结果表明:对 Ag66Cu30Ti4活性钎料,4J33与 ZrO2在1183K 时能形成连接,而在1103K 和1133K 时连接失败;纯 Ni 与 ZrO2在温度升至1273K 仍不能形成连接,这是因为纯 Ni 和4J33所含的 Fe、Ni、Co 元素扩散到钎料中并与之发生反应形成化合物所致。40Cr 钢和 ZrO2的连接钎料中未形成化合物,它们在1133K 就能形成连接。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the brazing joining of 4J33、pure Ni and steel 40Cr with ZrO2 was studied.The results indicate:as brazing alloy Ag66Cu30Ti4 is concerned,4J33 can be bonded with ZrO2 at 1183K while can’t be done at 1103K and 1133K,The attempt to join pure Ni and ZrO2 failed even at 1273K.Because the pure Ni and Fe.Ni、Co which 4J33 contains diffuse into brazing alloy and react with it,the joints are failing,There is no reaction product in the brazing alloy be- tween steel 40Cr and ZrO2,Thus steel 40Cr and ZrO2 can be bonded at 1133K.
