影响金属超微粉粒径的几个因素
Several Factors Influencing Particle Diameter of Ultrafine Metallic Powder
【摘要】 粒径是决定金属超微粉性能的重要参数。通过研究直流电弧等离子体制备法中几个影响粒径的因素,对金属超微粉的形成和长大过程建立了一个近似的模型,并用这个模型对影响超微粉粒径的几个因素进行了分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 Particle diameter is an important parameter that determines the property of ultrafine metallic powder.Several factors that influence particle diameter in the preparing method of D.C.arc discharge plasma are studied,and an approximate model of the process of forming and growing of ultrafine metallic particle is built,then these factors influencing particle diameter are analysed and discussed using this model.
