铝合金激光表面强化的进展

【摘要】 通过比较激光熔凝、激光合金化、激光熔覆三种铝合金表面强化工艺方法的异同,阐述了用三种方法所获得的强化层的组织特征,分析了强化层的厚度、硬度及耐磨性 指出激光熔覆是提高铝合金耐磨性的最有应用前景的方法之一。

【Abstract】 The microstructure characteristics of three kinds of rein-forced layers respectively produced by laser remelting,alloying and cladding are de-scribed by comparing the processes of the above three methods. The thickness, hardness and wear properties of laser treated layers are analyzed. It is pointed out that laser cladding is one of the most prospectively applicable method for improving wear properties of aluminium alloys.
