接触反应法制备颗粒增强型金属基复合材料
Preparing of Particulated Metal Matrix Composites by Contact Reaction
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的金属基复合材料的制备方法——接触反应法,对比分析用该法制得的复合材料的组织和性能表明,复合材料具有弥散和细小(<0.1μm),且均匀分布的组织特点和优良的室温和高温力学性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new method to prepared metal matrix Compos-ites(MMCs)--Contact Reaction,has been introduced,the microstructure and mechanical property of the composites prepared by this method have also been stu-died. It was shown that the composites have fine (<-1μm) and homogenous dis-tributed dispersion and better room-and high-temperature mechanical property.
