掺杂TiO2对ZnO压敏电阻器的性能影响
The Effect of Doping TiO2 for ZnO Varistors
【摘要】 提出一种低压ＺｎＯ压敏电阻器的制造方法。研究了它的微观结构和导电机理。在五元配方的基础上加入ＴｉＯ２，并用适当的工艺可制得性能优良的低压产品。
【Abstract】 A kind of ZnO varistor with low breakdown voltage is presented. Its microstructure and conductive machanizm are studied. By the doping of just right amount of TiO2 and processing of apropriated technology the low breakdown voltage varistor with fine performance has been obtained.
