【摘要】 中医复方生精补血汤不同剂量(1.5%、3.0%、6.0%)均能延长果蝇平均和最高寿命。其中,低剂量对雄蝇作用明显,高剂量对雌蝇作用显著;能显著抑制大鼠肝组织体外LPO生成;避暗法试验表明12.5g/kg和25g/kg能显著延长东莨菪碱注射小鼠训练后的潜伏期。结果提示生精补血汤具有抗衰、延寿、益智作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 SUMMARY : Effects of SJBXD on the lifespan in fruit fly, lipid peroxide (LPO) created in the homogenate of the liver of Wistar mice and Scoplamine induced amnesia model in mice were observed to study the efficience for preventing aging with prescription of promo-ting genera-tion of vital essence and blood in traditional Chinese medinine. The results showed that SJBXD could significantly not only increase mean and maximum lifespan in drosophola melanogaster of American wild type but also decrease LPO of liver in vitro. It was also found that latecies of the step through were prolonged (P<0. 05) and errors in passing the blind alleys decreased (P>0.05) in the mouse of the amnesia model with SJBXD.
