东北羊草草原土壤微生物与生态环境的关系

【摘要】 在东北羊草草原研究羊草群落、拂子茅群落、杂类单群落、碱茅群落、虎尾草群落和碱蓬群落六种生境条件下微生物生物量与生态环境的关系。结果表明,在一定范围内,微生物生物量与土壤pH值和电导率呈指数负相关;与土壤有机质、全氮含量、土镶孔隙度和土壤含水量呈指数正相关。关联分析结果表明,供试生态因子对土壤微生物的作用强度不同,与微生物生物量的关联序为:土壤水分(0.4199)>土壤有机质(0.4063)>土壤孔隙度(0.4003)>全氮含量(0.3797)>土壤pH(0.3640)>土壤电导率(0.1464)。

【Abstract】 In lermus chinesis grassland, the relationship between microorganisms biomass and ecologlcal environment was analysed under the six habitats of lermus chinesis, forbs and other species, Culamugrostis epigeios, Puccinellia tenuiflora, Chloris virgala and Suaeda glauca communities. The results showed that microorganisms biomass, soil pH and soil conductivity rate were exponential negative correlation, the biomass and soil organic matter, total N,soil porosity degree and soil moisture were exponential positive correlation. The connection analysis showed that the action intensity of each ecological factor on microorganisms was different. The connection order between the biomass and ecological factors was soil moisture(0. 4199 ) > soil organic matter(0. 4063 ) > soil porosity degree (0. 4003 ) > total N (0. 3797 ) > soil pH (0. 3640 ) >soil conductivity rate(0. 1464 ).
