【摘要】 本文根据等压灌装机上所采用的气阀式灌装阀的工作过程对灌装阀弹簧的设计进行了研究。得出了液阀弹簧最大和最小工作负荷的取值条件，给出了液阀弹簧与气阀弹簧和缓冲弹簧之间应满足的关系，提出了减小各弹簧的刚度、改善工作性能的措施，并探讨了弹簧的设计方法。为此种阀的设计提供了可靠的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies design of the spring of the equal air pressure opening valve in bottler according to its working procedure. Defining conditions of maximal and minimal workload of liquid valve spring are derived. Coordinated relation among liquid valve spring,air valve spring and buffer spring is given. It also investigates the way of reducing rigidity of each spring and improving working performance and disscuses how to design the spring. It provides a theoretical foundation for design of this valve.更多还原
