【摘要】 目的：探讨胃冠状静脉栓塞术后胃壁坏死与手术的关系。方法：对１３例门脉高压症行此手术的病人进行了回顾性研究。结果：１３例病人中有１０例发生术后再出血，２例发生胃瘘和左隔下脓肿。结论：α－氰基丙烯酸正辛酯胃壁内完全栓塞可导致不同程度的胃壁坏死，再出血和胃瘘均与此有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To present that necrosis of the gastric wall is a serious complication after α-cyanoacrylate embolization of gastric coronary vein。Methods:13 cases with portal hypertension that underwent the operation in our department were reviewed and studied. Results:The 13 patients suf-fered from rebleeding in 10,gastric fistula and left subphrenic abscess in 2.Conclusion:Complete ve-nous embolization of the gastric wall can lead to necrosis of gastric wall in various degrees that relate to rebleeding and gastric fistula after the operation.更多还原
