【摘要】 目的：研究ＩＬ－２及ＩＬ－６在急性ＧＶＨＤ中的表达状态。方法：采用细胞原位杂交方法，对骨髓移植后发生急性ＧＶＨＤ患者的外周血单个核细胞检测其ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－６的表达水平，测定积分光密度值。结果：ＩＬ－２表达在急性期与缓解后比较，ｔ＝５．９９，Ｐ＜０．００１，差异非常显著；ＩＬ－６表达在急性期与缓解后比较，ｔ＝３．５９，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异显著。结论：ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－６在急性ＧＶＨＤ时表达升高，在缓解后降低，其表达状态有助于探讨ＧＶＨＤ的免疫病理损害机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study IL-2and IL-6 mRVA expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)of patients with acute Graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) Which is a major obstacle of bone marrow transplantation(BTM).Methods:The PBMC from acte GVHD(aGVHD)following al-lo-BMT was analyzed for IL-2mRNA and IL-6mRNA 1evel with cytohybridyzation in situ technique.Integrated optical density(IOD) was measured. Results:The patient with GVHD had higher IL-2mR-NA expression in acute phase than post-remission phase(t=5. 99,P<0.001)and that the patients with GVHD had higher IL-6 mRNA expression in acute phatqe than post-remission phase(t=3.95,P<0. 01).Conclusion:This showed that analysing IL-2 and IL-6 mRNA expression increased in aGVHD patients and reduced in post-remission phase.It was helpful to understand the immuno-pathophysiologic impair mechan1ism of GVHD.更多还原
