【摘要】 目的：观察植物神经在中医寒热不同证型中的机能状态。方法：用高压液相色谱法测定人血ＣＡ、ＨＶＡ、５－ＨＴ；用紫外分光光度法测定红细胞膜上ＡｃｈＥ活性。结果：虚热证组ＣＡ等含量高于正常组和虚寒组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。虚寒证组ＲＢＣ膜上ＡｃｈＥ活性高于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．虚热组低于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：交感神经和副交感神经在中医寒热各证型中的机能状态不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective. To Observe vegetative nerve functional status of the different syndromes of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM) cold and heat.Methods. HPLC-ECT assay of plasmaCA and 5- HT. HVA and spectrophotometric assay of RBC membrane AchE. Results. In the patients with Dificiency-heat Syndromes (DHD). the levels of CA. et al were higher than thoseof the normal and of Dificiency-cold Syndromes(DCD)(P>0.01). The levels of AchE in the patientts with DCD were higher than those of the normal (P<0.05). the levelsofAchEin the patientswith DHD were lower than those of the nor-mal( P<0.05).conclusions.
