【摘要】 目的：找出在注射标记抗体的荷瘤裸鼠体内的￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ注射剂量、时间与Ｔ／Ｎ比值的关系。方法：用γ计算机和γ计数器测定肿瘤和其它组织的放射性强度，计算Ｔ／Ｎ比值和定位指数ＬＩ．结果：（１）２ｍｃｉ的￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ剂量Ｔ／Ｎ比值高；（２）注射标记抗体２８ｈ后，Ｔ／Ｎ比值高，是放免显象的适宜６时间。结论：￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ剂量大小与Ｔ／Ｎ比值不呈线性关系，但Ｔ／Ｎ比值与定位指数呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ohjective. To find out the relation of99m Tc Injection dosages and times to high T/Nratios in the nude mice models injected with the lahelled antibody. Methods. The radioactivities of tumors and other organs(tissues)were measured by gama cornputer and gama counter. T/V ratlo and LIwere cal-culated. Results:(1) 2 mCi dosages was suitable for high T/N. (2) After 28 hours of injection T/Nra-tios were appropriate for RII.Conculsion. Between 99mTc dosages and T/N ratioa there was no linear relation. But T/N and LIshowed positive interrelation.更多还原
