自发性高血压大鼠脊髓中间外侧核含一氧化氮合酶神经元的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究新的神经递质NO在脊髓血压调节中枢的作用机理。方法:用NDP组化方法观察NOS在脊髓IML的分布。结果:NOS细胞分布正常(WKY)和自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脊髓IML全长。SHR在C_8~T_4节段,NOS细胞多于WKY;在中胸以下节段NOS细胞分布少于WKY,均有显著性差异。结论:NO局部作用可能调节交感神经的兴奋性。SHR交感神经紧张性增高,可能与中胸以下NOS减少有关;NOS在C_8~T_4节段增加可能与心脏向心性肥厚的代偿性活动有关。

【Abstract】 Ohjective:To study nitric oxide(NO)as a new transmitter which has active functions in the cardiovascular control center of IML.Methods:To observe the distribution of nitric oxide syntyase(NOS)-positlve cells by using NADPH diaphorase(NDP)-histochemistry staining.Results:The data showed that NOS-positive cells were distributedin in whole longitudinal IML both of the SHR and WKY,NOS-positive cells of SHR were more than WKY in the upper thoracic spinal segments (C8~T4);NOS-positive cells of SHR were less than WKY from the middle thoracic to upper lumbar spinal segments,Analytic studies were carried out both on SHR and WKY.There were significant differences in SHR and WKY.the effect of the localized NO it is possible that IML maConclusions:Under y regu-late the activities of sympathetic nerves.An increaxein the activeties of sympathetic nerves of SHR may be involved by NOS-neurons declining in T5~L3.More NOS-neuron,in C8~T4 may result from compensation of hypertensive concentric hypertrophy
