【摘要】 近年来，我院用自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）治疗１０例晚期、复发、高度恶性型的淋巴瘤（其中４例确诊时已有骨髓浸润），均获完全缓解，现８例仍无病生存（中数随访３２月），最长者无病生存６５月以上。本文从临床实践结合文献探讨了与ＡＢＭＴ治疗淋巴瘤的疗效相关因素，如移植时病人的病情，移植前的病程及化疗疗程次数、移植时机的选择等。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABMT was used in 10 patients with lymphoma,including late-phase,relapsedand high-malignant patients. The bone marrow in 4 patients had bcen infiltrated. All thepatients got CR (complete remission).8 paticnts got long term disoase-frec survival(DFS) andthe median term was 32 months,the longest had survivcd for morc than 65 months. From ourclinical expericnce and references, We studied the related factors between the treatment oflymphoma and ABMT,such as the systemic conditions and the coures before transplantation andthe selection of times of chemotherapy.更多还原
