用于防龋药物缓释的聚丙烯薄膜表面辐射改性
RADIATION MODIFICATION ON SURFACE OF POLYPROPYLENE FILM FOR SLOW RELEASE OF THE ANTI-CARIES MEDICINE
【摘要】 介绍了丙烯酰胺在聚丙烯簿膜表面进行预辐照接枝的方法,讨论了吸收剂量、辐照气氛对接枝的影响。接枝后的聚丙烯薄膜表面亲水性得到改善,有利于水溶性药剂的浸润和扩散。初步实验表明,作为口腔防龋缓释剂包膜,聚丙烯-丙烯酰胺接枝膜具有药物中期缓释的效果。
【Abstract】 The(γ pre-irradiation grafting of acrylamide onto surface of polypropylene filmare described. The effects of absorbed dose and irradiation atmorspheres on graft reaction arediscussed. On surface of grafted polypropylene film the hydrophilicity is modified. It is helpfulto the wetting and diffusion of water soluble medicine.The preliminary experiments showedthat grafted polypropylene-acrylamide film as an envelope of slow release medicine in the mouth, has an effect of mid-period slow release.
