IDIOTYPICNETWORKAB模型动力学行为的进一步研究
A FURTHER STUDY OF THE DYNAMICAL BEHAVIORS OF AB MODEL FOR IDIOTYPIC NETWORK
【摘要】 计算Lyapunov指数来探讨免疫理论中idiotypicnetworkAB模型γ=2.0,δ∈(0,0.1)和μ∈(0,0.02)参数域内动力学行为。周期振荡与混沌运动相互嵌套、交替出现。对于极限环,一个主周期内Ai,Bi(i=1,2)的极大值出现次数有成简单比例现象。理论结果表明在实验中有可能发现周期现象。
【Abstract】 The dynamical behaviore of immune idiotypic network described by AB model in parameter area γ=2.0,δ∈(0, 0.1) and. μ∈(0, 0.02) are explored using the Lyapunov exponent analpsis. It is found that periodic oscillation and chaotic motion are inlaid with each other and appear alternately. With respect to the limit cycle, the number of times for the maxima of Ai and Bi to appear in a main period is in simple proportion. The theoretical results imply that periodic motions of Ai and Bi exist owing to idiotypic network.
