【Abstract】 Based on the research of SZ-X HGP ATS,this paper studies the data processing and parameter estimation dealing with“little sample”,and then presents the optimal or reasonable caculation and choice of the standard value;and it applies mathematical satistics methods which include hypothesis testing,F-analysis,discrete analysis,fuzzy membership degree etc,to discuss and describe such attributes as accuracy,stability and reappearance,aimming at discussing and evaluating this ATS’s testing characteristics as well as the performance stability of the HGP itself.更多还原
