程控PTC陶瓷耐压性能的改善
Improvement of Pressure Resistance of Program Controlled PTC Ceramics
【摘要】 本文在A位多元掺杂的基础上,系统地分析了钙置换钡对PTC陶瓷耐压性能的影响规律,探讨了影响显微结构细晶化及均匀性的各种因素,通过添加预合成的含Si,Al,Mn等成分的玻璃料,以及在钡过量1mol%左右的条件下,通过控制粉料的加工粒度,制成适合程控交换机使用的PTC陶瓷,其室温电阻低,PTC效应好,同时耐压性能得到了显著改善。
【Abstract】 On the basis of adding several dopants on A position,the influnce of replacement of Ba by Ca on the pressure resistace of PTC ceramics was systematically analysed.Various factors effecting microstructure crystallization and homogeneity were studied.PTC ceramics suitable for program controlled converter was developed by means of adding the presynthesised glass powder containing componets such as Al,Mn etc,and under the conditions of Ba amount excessing about 1 mol%,by controlling the grain size of powder.The product has low resistance at room temperature and good PTC effect.The pressure resistance was remarkably improved simulataneously.
