【Abstract】 The experiment was carried on rooting of babysbreath tissue cultured shoots bytreating with a series of IBA concentrations at different time ex virto. The results showed thatthe best rooted seedlings were obtained by 75 mg/L IBA soaking for 25 min and many increas-es were observed which are in root formation,root length,root numrer and the rate of rootedseedlings,as well as seedling growth.更多还原
