PCVD法制高硅钢的研究
Research of PCVD Method for High Silicon Steel
【摘要】 利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PCVD)法对低硅钢进行了SiCl4、SiH4涂层处理,再经高温扩散后制得了高硅钢,使其磁性能大为改善,铁损P15/50,降低约45.1%,磁感应强度提高4.5%左右。
【Abstract】 High silicon steel was made from low silicon steel by using Plasma Asisted Chemical Vapor Deposition Method and PVCD treated, at T3 for one hour, the magnetic performace of silicon steel was dramatically improved.its flux density was increased about 4.5% and coreless was decreased about 45.1%.
