稀土在离子氮碳共渗中的作用及对耐磨性的影响
An Action of Rare Earth on lon-nitrocarburizing and the Effect Rare Earth on the Wear Resistance of Nitrocarburized Layer
【摘要】 采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、磨损对比试验等方法,研究了稀土加入量对渗层厚度、硬度及耐磨性的影响,探讨了稀土催渗机理。研究表明:稀土对离子氮碳共渗有明显的加速作用,且存在一最佳值;共渗层耐磨性提高。
【Abstract】 By using optical microscoapy, microhardness tester and wear tester. The influence of adding amount of rare earth(Rc) on the depth of nitrocarburized layer,hardness and wear resistance was studied. Meantime,the catalyiz-ing mechanism of Rc was analysed. The results showed that Rc elements have a obvious catalyizing action on nitro-carburizing. Moreover the adding amount of rare earth has a optimum value. The Wear resistance of Rc-nitrocarbur-ized layer has been improved.
