双相钢冲蚀磨损性能与其动态力学性能关系初探
The Tentative Study of Relations Between Erosion Rate of Dual Phase Steels and Dynamic Machanics Properties
【摘要】 对15Cr、20Cr、40Cr三种钢双相态和淬火低温回火态试样进行了室温喷砂式冲蚀磨损和准静态(应变速率ε=10(-3)S(-1))及冲击拉伸(应变速率ε=1300s(-1))试验,结果发现:材料冲蚀磨损率与其动态总伸长率、动态机械能密度之间存在反比线性关系,而用准静态力学性能则不能圆满说明问题;由于采用较圆整的磨粒,冲蚀机理主要是多次塑变破坏。
【Abstract】 The erosion wear of three kinds of dual phase steel 15Cr, 20Cr, 40Cr are investigated by using erosion wear test equipment made by ourself, the shape of erosion particle SiO2 is similar spherical. The dynamic tensile test of the three materials is also conducted by using revolving wheel type dynamic tensile test equipnlent. The results show that there are better inverse proportion linear relations between esorion rate and densing of dynamic mechanical energy. In addition, the erosion mechanism is of plastic deformation wear, similer to low -cycle fatigue.
