【摘要】 报道１９８４～１９９４年采用Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ－Ｈｙｎｅｓ高断性肾盂成形术治疗了３６只小儿先天性肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄引起的肾积水。手术后病理显示：肾盂输尿管狭窄的主要原因是胶原纤维增加，平滑肌排列紊乱。本文对手术时机的选择、手术成功的要点及术后肾功能恢复情况做了讨论。本组随访术后腹痛症状消失、血尿消失、肾积水有明显改善。手术成功率达９４．４％。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1984 to 1994 36 cases of Congenital Hydronephrosis were treated with pyeloplasty which due to stricture of uretero-pelvie junction. The pathologic findings in the stricture specimen revealed collagen fibril increase and arrangment of smooth muscle fibers disturbed. The cholce of the operation opportunity, the main point for the operative technique and the retrieval of kidneys function are discussed. Cutting off the stricture reconstruted a new ureteropelvie funnel tube.Follow-up after operation 94.4% patients got excellent result, their abdominal pain vanished hemauresis disappeared and hydronephrosis improved.更多还原
