【摘要】 设计了一类结构简单、功能完善的新型智能仿真培训系统,用于间歇反应过程的操作培训.该系统引入专家系统技术,由培训指导专家系统安排、指导学员的练习,在培训中可脱离指导教师的指导,实现了操作培训的智能化,使操作培训大大简化、方便.

【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of simulation training systems in general, a new intelligent simulation training system having simple structure and a multiplicity of functions is designed, applicable in the operation training for batch reactor units for the processing of butene. Expert system technology is employed so that the operation haming is intelligent. The system allows trainees on the simulator to be trained without the necessity of constant monitoring from the instructor. It can diagnose trainee’s process error and provide both hey and specific mediation.
