连续变倍体视显微镜共用前置物镜的设计
Design of a Shared Front- Objective in a Novel ZOOM Stereoscopic Microscope
【摘要】 利用共轴系统变焦距象差优化程序设计非共轴系统的定焦距前置物镜,用非常规复杂光学系统优化程序对前置物镜和变倍系统的组合象差进行检验和再平衡,获得优良的成象质量.样机实测结果表明,视场清晰范围及视场中心分辨力均优于国家标准和国际标准的规定.
【Abstract】 The novel type of ZOOM stereoscopic microscope(parallel light path system)is a non-coaxial system, and the optical characteristics and design method for its shared front objective are not the same as those in conventional sysems.The ZOOM system is formed by adding an ideal thin lens system having a focal length of f’=∞ in front of the objective. One of the new ideas is the objective, which is of fixed focal length,and in the non-coaxial system is initially designed by the use of an optimization program for the coaxinl ZOOM system.Then, a program for non-coaxial system is cooperated to examine and re-balance the compound aberrations of the whole system made up of the front objective, the ZOOM system etc.,to achieve the desired good image quality. A prototype of such a system has has been constructed,and the tests show that both the size of sharp image field and the central resolution are better than those defined in the national and international standards.
