用光学方法研究硝化纤维素溶解性能

【摘要】 利用硝化纤维素(NC)溶解过程中光学性质的变化,研究NC的溶解性能,并研制成测定仪器,测定了NC纤维在DBP,DEP,TA,NG,DEGDN等溶剂中的溶解性能,比较了各种溶剂溶解性能的优劣.同时对低氮量NC在DBP溶剂中的溶解过程进行了显微照相.

【Abstract】 The dissolution behavior of NC is investigatal by observing its optical property during the process. A specific instrument bas beeno designed, with Which the dissolving characteristics of NC in DBC, DEP, TA. NG, DEGDN were recorded. The dissolution behavior of NC in solventS are seen to be well distinguished from each other. Microscopic photos of low nitrogen content NC in DBP were also taken as complementary evidence.
