煤气化过程的理论计算

【摘要】 本文主要介绍煤转化过程平衡组成的计算方法:物平—能平—化平法、反应程度法及最小自由焓法。煤转化过程动力学参数的确定:本征反应速度常数Kr、孔效率η、气膜传质系数Kg及热解动力学参数中的活化能E和反应速度常数K。煤转化过程的数学描述与模拟计算:用数学公式和动力学参数描述物理量(温度、浓度)随反应时间和反应器高度的变化。

【Abstract】 The calculatim methods of eguiliBriura gas Compositim of coal conversion process, Such as Method of conservation of material and energy and chemical equilibrium, reaction degree method and the method of minimum Free enthalpy hare been introduced briefly.This paper mainly deals with determination of the kinetic harameters of coal conversion process: intrinsic reaction rate constant kr, porosity efficiency η, mass transfer coefficient of gas film kg and the parameters of pyrolyses, such as activation energy E and reaction rate constant k.By using the mathematical model of coal conversion process and kinetic paraneters, the simulative calculation for varition of temperature and concentration with reaction time and the height of reactor has been conducted.
