普通铣床改造为自动加工齿条件专用机床的设计研究
The Study of a General Miller is Innovated to a Special Automatic Rack Cutting Machine
【摘要】 本文介绍了普通卧式铣床改造成自动加工齿条专用机床的技术过程,采用开环控制系统,分齿误差采用脉冲补偿法消除,加工应用证明改造是成功的.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the process of a plain milling machine tool is innovated to a spe- cial automatiic rack cutting machine.The control system is an open-loop control system. The errors of passing gear are eliminated by compensating pulses.It is confirmed that the innovation is successful by actual working.
