加弧辉光离子渗金属工艺中碳行为初探
A STUDY ON THE BEHAVIOUR OF CARBON DURING THE PROCESS OF GLOW-DISCHARGE IONSURFACE ALLOYING WITH ARC SOURCES
【摘要】 对钢铁材料进行加弧辉光离子渗金属处理时,随着合金元素的渗入,必然要同试样中的碳元素发生相互作用,由于渗入合金元素性质的不同,碳元素所表现出的作用方式也有所不同。本文通过对加弧辉光离子渗铝、渗钛碳钢试样(10、60、T12)内合金元素和碳元素的分布情况的测定,初步探讨了加弧辉光离子渗金属过程中碳的行为。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the distribution of alloying elements and carbon in carbon steel samples (0.1,0.6,1.2wt.% C ) after aluminizing and titanizing and studies the behaviour of carbon during the process of glow-discharge ion surface alloying with are sources.
