内爆炸载荷下弹钢的动态变形与断裂准则研究
A STUDV ON THE DYNAMIC DEFORMATION FRACTURE CRITERION OF SHELL STEELS EXPLOSIVE LOADED INTERNALLY
【摘要】 在Taylor临界应力断裂准则的基础上,假定裂纹前端周向拉伸应力σ_θ=kσ_B,理论和实验研究了两种弹钢(20~#钢和9260钢)在内爆炸载荷作用下壳体的膨胀规律,以及断裂系数K值,应变,应变率和破裂半径。破片回收试验表明,理论计算与实验结果具有相当好的一致性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of Taylor’s tensile stress fracture criterion,and assuming that the tangential tensile stress σ_θ=kσ_B at the crack’s tip,the radial expansion,fracture co-efficient k,stress-strain,strain rate and burst radius of 2 varieties of shell steel are studied both in theory and experimentally.Fragments collected in the tests show that theoretical calculations are in good agreement with experimental results.
