【摘要】 将39例（治疗组）40岁以上的萎缩性胃炎分为脾胃气（阳）虚和气阴两虚二型，以自拟补益脾胃为主的紧地冲剂（由黄芪、党参、川楝子、藤梨根、五灵脂、九香虫、当归、珍珠粉等组成）治疗，临床总疗效为用．89％。并对其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测，结果提示：T3降低、T8增高、T4／T8比值降低，与30例健康人（对照组）相比，有显著性差异（P＜0．01），而二证型之间无差异（P＞0．05），提示本病与细胞免疫关系密切。经胃悦冲剂治疗，其中30例T细胞复查显示T3及T4／T8均有不同程度升高，治疗前后比较差异显著，提示胃悦冲剂对治疗本病的作用及疗效。更多还原
