氮含量和正火温度对12Cr1MoV钢的组织和高温性能的影响
Effects of N2 Content and Normalizing Temperature on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties at Elevated Temperature of Aged 12Cr1MoV Steel
【摘要】 12CrlMoV 钢经正火加回火后组织为先共析铁素体和珠光体,有时出现粒状贝氏体。研究了12CrlMoV 钢中粒状贝氏体的形成及其对高温持久性能的影响。结果表明,微量氮和正火温度对粒状贝氏体的形成非常敏感,粒状贝氏体有利于提高持久断裂强度,但使时效冲击韧性有所降低。
【Abstract】 Granular bainite sometimes can be found in a normalized and tempered 12CrlMoV steel with normal microstructure of proeutectoid ferrite and pearlite.An investigation was made on the formation of granular bainite in 12CrlMoV steel and its effects on the stress rupture characteristics at elevated tem- perature.The results showed that trace amount of nitrogen and normalizing tem- perature were sensitive to the formation of granular bainite,which played a favor- able role in increasing the stress rupture strength,but reduced the aged ambient impact toughness.
