用有限元法分析无缝道岔的受力与变形

【摘要】 用有限元方法,采用与无缝道岔较接近的力学模型,全面考虑轨枕、扣件和道床阻力的作用,对无缝道岔各个部分的受力和位移规律进行了分析.编制了计算程序,并对一种道岔结构进行了计算,和试验结果比较吻合.为在我国铺设无缝道岔提供了理论和计算依据

【Abstract】 Using the finite element method,applying a mechanical model close to the welded turnout,this article has made the analysis to the force and deformation of the welded turnout on the basis of comprehensive consideration of effects of sleeper,fastening and track resistence.A computer program has been worked out and a kind of welded turnout is caculated as an example , the results are agreeable to the experiment . It has provided a calculating and theoretical basis for laying welded turnout in our country.
