达乌尔黄鼠不同脑区及血浆中阿片肽含量的年周期变动

【摘要】 利用放射免疫测定法,观测了不同季节中达乌尔黄鼠四个脑区及血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)、甲啡肽(MEK)与强啡肽(Dyn A1-13)的含量。结果表明:黄鼠下丘脑、垂体、海马、桥延脑中的β-内啡肽与甲啡肽的含量在秋、冬季普遍低于春、夏季,而强啡肽含量在秋、冬季则显著高于春、夏季。提示不同类型的阿片肽在冬眠季节及其准备阶段中的作用可能不同。

【Abstract】 The contents of β-endorphin (β-EP ), Met-enkephalin (MEK ) and Dynorphill Al-13 (Dyn) in four brain areas and plasma of Ground squrriels through different seasons of the year were measured with RIA. The results showed that the contents of β-EP and MEK in hypothalamus, pituitary, hippocampus and pen-medulla in autumn and winter were lower than those in spring and summer, while contrary to the β-EP and MEK, the content of Dyn in autumn and winter were significantly higher than those in spring and summer. These results suggest that different types of opioids may play different roles during hibernating season and the preparing for hibernation.
