工件淬火过程数值模拟研究
STUDY ON NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF WORKPIECE QUENCHING PROCESSES
【摘要】 论述了工件淬火过程三维温度场、应力场数学模型。利用ABAQUS非线性有限元程序和自行开发的淬火过程工件/介质边界换热条件程序,对淬火过程的三维温度场、应力场进行了数值模拟。与实验结果比较,吻合较好,误差在10%以内。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the mathematical model of 3-D temperature and stress field in quenching processes has been expounded.By using the ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis program and developed workpiece and medium interface heat transfer program,the 3-D temperature and stress field of quenching processes are numerieally simulated.The calculation results are coincident simulated with the experiments results and the error is 10percent. .
