冰川-2型热水钻研制及其在海螺沟冰川上的应用

【摘要】 冰川-2型热水钻为组装式,有动力、供水、加热、高压钻进和导向系统。便于搬运和操作,进尺快、安全、成本低。1994年在海螺沟冰川消融区打下4个百米以上深孔,抵达冰川底部。测得冰川厚度与1983年雷达测厚十分接近。

【Abstract】 The hot water jet of model Glacier-2 is composed of driving, water-supplying, heating, high pressure boring and guiding systems. It is easy to transport and operate, and is rapid, safe and low cost. In the lower part of the ablation area of the Hailuogou Glacier, four holes more than 100 m in depth were bored down to the bed. The ice thicknesses observed are very close to those obtained by radar sounding in 1983.
