人脑组织牛磺酸的测定方法
A METHOD OF DETECTING TAURINE IN BRAIN TISSUE
【摘要】 ①目的建立一种快速、简易组织中牛磺酸的测定方法。②方法根据美国Beckman-6300型氨基酸自动分析仪锂柱(0.4cm×10cm)130min程序生理组织和生理体液分析法以及牛磺酸的特性,建立了测定生理组织中牛磺酸的10min短程序测定法。③结果该方法重复性好,变异系数小,在牛磺酸浓度为1.8μmol/L时,峰位置和峰面积的变异系数(CV值)分别为0.06%和1.90%(n=7),明显低于规定的技术指标(1.0%和2.5%)。④结论该法时间短,茚三酮和缓冲液用量少,成本低,可用于测定生理组织中牛磺酸的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a method of detecting the distribution of taurine in human embryo brain. Method We built a 10 minutes short programme method to detect taurine content in physiological tissue by using system 6300 high performance amino acid analyzer. Result This method showed good repetation and little variation. The variation coefficient at peak situation and peak area were 0.06% and 1.90% respectively with taurine at the concentration of 1.8μmol/L, which was much lower than the standard index(1.0%, 2.5%). Conclusion This method cost less time and less money and could be used for detecting taurine content in physiological tissues.
