【摘要】 对３０具成人尸体的肩胛上神经皮支和关节支作解剖学观测。皮支分布于臂上部前外侧区，其出现率为３．３３±２．３１％；上、下关节支分别与喙突和肩胛下横韧带紧贴，穿经肩胛上、下孔，分布至肩关节囊后部和肩锁关节。感觉支比肌支更易受损伤而引发肩痛。为临床应用提出建议更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of cutaneous and joint branches of suprascapular nerve were investigated in 30 adult cadavers.The cutaneous branches supplying upper part of anterolateral aspect of arm were observed in 2/60 halves of the bodies(3.33± 2. 31 %). the superior and inferior joint branches were seen passing through the suprascapular and subscapularforamen at the points close to the coracoid procees and inferior transverse scapular ligament to the posterior aspect ofshoulder joint capsule and acromioclavicular joint. These findings suggest that the sensory branches were more liable to becompressed than the motor branches to cause shoulder pain.更多还原
