【摘要】 本文报道２２例家族性腺瘤样息肉病（ＦＡＰ）。５例行全大肠切除、回肠造口术；１２例行全结肠切除、直肠粘膜剥脱、口肠肛管吻合术；５例行全结肠切除、回直肠吻合术。平均随访４．５年。结果表明，全结肠切除、直肠粘膜剥脱、回肠肛管吻合术是治疗ＦＡＰ的主要术式，并可获得较满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twertty-two cases of familial adenomotus polyposis(FAP)were surgically treated in our hospital from1980 to 1993.Colorectomy and ileostomy were performed in 5 cases;colectomv and ileorectal anastomosis in 5 cases:colectomy,mucosal protectomy and ileoanal anastomosis in 12 cases. All these cases had been follow up for 4.5yeilrs. The results show that colectomy mucosal protectomy and ileoanal anastomosis is a main operative inethod forFAP and give good curative effect.更多还原
