【摘要】 研究了球孢白僵菌、金龟子绿僵菌和粉拟青霉在吐温－８０及６种不同的洗衣粉中的分散性及活力（以发芽率计）．结果表明，３种真菌在这些表面活性剂中的分散指数差异不显著。白僵菌和绿僵菌在不同浓度的吐温－８０液中的发芽率多显著高于不加表面活性别的对照，但绿僵菌在０．２％吐温液中显著低于对照。多数洗衣粉显著抑制３种在菌的萌发，但白僵菌在０．１％和０．０５％白猫牌无泡超浓缩洗衣粉中发芽率与对照差异不显著。在５％和２％葡萄糖液、２％和１％蛋白胜液中，白僵菌孢子在后者发芽率最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present stutly,the dispersality,viability(in terms of germination)ofthe conidia of Beauveria bassiana,Melarhizium anisopliae,and Paecilomyces farinosus in dif-ferent concentrations of Tween-80 and 6 common commercial powder detergents,The re-sults showed that the difference of dispersal indices of the conidia of the 3 fungi in these sur-factants was not significant.The germination rates in different concentrations of Tween-80 of B.bassiana and M. anisopliae were mostly higher than in control not treated in any surfactant with an exception of M,anisopliae in 0.2% Tween-80 lower than control.Al-most all detergents inhibited the germination significantly except B, bassiana in low concen- tration of one detergent.Conidia of B. bassiana in 5 liquid media,5% and 2% glucose,2%and 1% peptone,and 2% glucose pius 1% peptone resulted in the highest germination ofthe 3 fungi.更多还原
