【摘要】 ４种温度、６种发芽床条件下木耳菜种子发芽试验结果表明：木耳菜种子发芽试验以砂床较为理想，发芽最适温度为２０℃～３５℃变温，其次是３０℃恒温。发芽势、发芽率的计算天数以７ｄ、１４ｄ为宜。木耳菜种子休眠原因主要是种皮透气性不良及种皮的机械约束作用。切破种皮加变温处理可有效地解除休眠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Basella r1tbra L. seeds were germinated under four temperatures and sixgermination beds:The sand bed was the best.The optimum germination teniperature was20℃～35℃(changed temperature),or 30℃(unchanged temperature).Seven days andfourteen days were suitable for inspecting germination energy and germination percentage inBaselia rubra L.seeds,respectively.The Basella rubra L。seed domancy was due to the poorpermeability and physical bindirig force of seed coat,which could be relieved effectively bybreaking seed coat and changing temperature.更多还原
