【Abstract】 Generally, We can once analyze 17 kinds of amino acids under 72 min program on HITACHI model 835-50 analyzer. By using of the method described in this article, we can analyze 22 kinds of amino acids. This method can enhance the efficiency of the instrument by once analyzing another more five kinds of amino acids without increasing the analytical time and cost. And it has been proved that the data measured with this method is accurate and reliable through the test of precisin and accuracy and Sample analysis.
