【摘要】 观察大蒜对甲基硝基亚硝基胍（ＭＮＮＧ）诱发大鼠腺胃胃癌及癌前病变影响，ＭＮＮＧ组、预防组、治疗组分别诱发腺瘤１５例、９例、３例，不典型腺癌１３例、５例、６例，息肉２３例、１６例、１１例，不典型息肉２１例、１７例、７例，微囊２４例、２１例、１７例，不典型微囊１６例、８例、３例，重度不典型增生２３例、１３例、９例，粘膜肉瘤２３例、６例、５例，浸润癌１９例、３例、４例，加用大蒜的预防与治疗组均有显著性差异，表明大蒜对ＭＮＮＧ诱发大鼠腺胃癌及癌前病变有显著的抑制和逆转作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of garlic on gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion of glandular stomach in wistarrats induced by N-methy-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG)is reported.In MNNG group(30rats),prevention group(30rats)and treatment group(20rats)precancerous lesion,adenoma were in-duced in 15,9 and 3 cases,atypical adenoma 13,5 and 6 cases,polyp 23,16 and 11 cases,atypical polyp21,17 and 7 cases,microcyst 24,12 and 17 cases,atypical microcyst 16,8 and 3 cases,heavy atypical hy-perplasia 23,13 and 9 cases,respectively,Amony 34 gastric carcinoma there were 23 intramucosal carcino-ma,6 and 5 cases and amony 26 infiltrating carcinoma there were 19,3 and 4 cases in the 3 group,The in-cidence were 92.0%(23/25),20.0%(6/30)and 25.0%(5/20),the differnce with MNNG group was signif-icant.The results showed that garlic for experilnental gastric carcinoma and precancancerous lesion has inhi-tory and reverse effect.更多还原
