【摘要】 本文分析１９８８年１月至１２月在我科放疗前有ＣＴ检查的Ｎ０鼻咽癌患者单纯分段放疗１９１例，上颈放疗剂量＞４５Ｇｙ～５０Ｇｙ，和＞５０Ｇｙ－５９Ｇｙ的颈淋巴结复发率在ＣＴ示颈动脉鞘区阳性者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；阴性者差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。全组上颈放疗剂量＞５０－５９Ｇｙ和＞６０Ｇｙ者颈淋巴结复发率无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），只行上半颈和行全颈预防放疗的颈淋巴结复发率亦无显著差异。因此，Ｎ０鼻咽癌患者颈部放疗剂量宜＞５０Ｇｙ而不必达到６０Ｇｙ，ＣＴ显示颈动脉鞘区阳性者宜剂量较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1988 to Decenlber 1988,191 cases of N0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma were anal-ysed. Whose nasopharyngnx(N.P)was examined by C.T. before radiotherapy and were treated by split ra-diotherapy in our hospital were canalysed. The influence factors of cerviccal lymph node recurrent were dis-cussed.The cervical lymph node recurrent rates of the upper cervical rf1diation dose> 45Gy-50Gy and >50-59Gy were not marked different(P >0.05)in C. T negative in the carotid space,but were marked dif-ferent(P <0.01)in C.T positive in the carotid space.For all patients the cervical lymph node recurrentrates of the upper cervical radiation dose > 50Gy-59Gy and > 60Gy were not marked different(p>0.05).It was not significant also for radiotherapy of upper neck and all neck Therefore, prophylatic radiotherapyonly to upper neck,with a radiation dose of >50Gy and<60Gy is suitable,However, for the patients withpositive C.T in the carotid space higher更多还原
