【摘要】 对８例分别位于胃、小肠等部位的低度恶性的粘膜相关淋巴组织（ＭＡＬＴ）的Ｂ细胞性淋巴瘤进行了染色体分析。结果发现染色体以结构畸变为主，分别涉及到２ｐ￣(１１－１３，７ｑ￣(２１)，１０ｐ￣(１３－１５)，１１ｑ￣(１３)，１２ｐ￣(１１－１２)，１４ｑ￣(３２)以及１６ｑ￣(２４)等部位。此结果表明ＭＡＬＴ淋巴瘤具有与淋巴结内的淋巴瘤相似的细胞遗传学特性，可能反映了Ｂ淋巴细胞淋巴瘤的共同的发病机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight cases with low grade malignant B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MATL)in stomach and small intestine were studied cytogenetically.2p￣(11-13),7q￣(21),10p￣(13-15),11q￣(13),12p￣(11-12),14q￣(32) and 16q￣(24) were found to be involved in different translocations.The results showed that MALT-lymphoma had similar cytogenetic characterizations of nodal malignant lymphoma and might sharethe common nechanism of B-cell tumors in origin.更多还原
