【摘要】 从１９７４年至１９９０年，我院共收治３５岁以下食管癌贲门癌病人１０５例，总手术切除率为８０．９％，其１、３、５、１０、１５年生存率分别为７０％、３５．２％、２６．５％、１７．９％、１６．７％。本文就青年人食管癌贲门癌的病程、病理、淋巴结转移情况、复发情况，手术治疗效果等特点作评价。认为青年人食管癌贲门癌治疗的关键是“三早”更多还原
